Whether the funeral is at a Church, Community Hall, Cemetery or Crematorium Chapel it is advisable to have an Order of Service printed so that the mourners can follow the service, identify those specific pieces of music that you have chosen to be played or particular poems and readings you have asked to be read during the service.
Traditionally the Order of Service will include details of the charity you have chosen for donations to be sent to in lieu of flowers and the location of the reception after the service.

As a guide, 30 x 4page Orders of Service in colour cost £76.00, 50 x 6page are £108.00 and 100 x 4page are £120.00, however prices are dependent upon design and stationery chosen but will be quoted to you when discussing with our Funeral Consultants. Prices are correct as at April 2023.
There are a variety of different designs possible for you to choose, that can incorporate a picture of your loved one, or numerous photographs taken throughout their life. There is also the option to have a variety of different styles which don’t include a photograph, that show a tranquil setting, favourite hobby, or something else specific and memorable to your loved one.
Our printers will liaise directly with our funeral arrangers, the minister or officiant taking the service and yourselves to ensure that all of the content is correctly included, and then they will provide you the opportunity to proof the design before going to print.
Our arrangers will provide you with a variety of different options for fonts and styles, as well as details regarding numbers of pages, dependent on the content to be included. We advise ordering slightly more copies than you expect to be at the service, as this will allow for any additional mourners who attend without notifying you. If there are copies left after the service, our team will collect them for you to take home and send to anyone who is away, or unable to attend on the day. Additionally if you require more copies after the service for long distant relatives we can arrange for more to be printed.
We can also arrange to have service sheets designed and printed for memorial services or services of thanksgivings if necessary.
We have found that mourners attending our funerals like to retain the order of service a momentum of the ceremony and tribute to the person. However if you would prefer for the mourners to be issued with memorial cards on the day, or afterwards via yourselves our printers would be happy to assist with designing those for you as well.
In addition we can arrange notification cards to be sent out prior to the funeral, attendance cards to be completed on the day, or thank you cards for the family to send out afterwards to thank those who participated and contributed to the service, those who attended or those who sent flowers of donations.
